I started this project about three years ago because I thought this stuff needs to be recorded for future generations and I had a yearning to know where 'we' came from and what had happened in the past to bring us to where we are today.

I hope that the tree will continue to grow and that it will perhaps help bring together some of those listed here where they may have drifted apart or away from their own family members.

I would like to think that our children and our children's children will be able to look at this and understand where they originated and perhaps appreciate the sacrifice that was made by those that gave their lives to help maintain what we know today as freedom.
